The calculations provided by this App are estimates only. While we strive for accuracy, concrete volumes, bag counts, and cost estimates may vary based on:
- Actual site conditions and waste factors
- Local material specifications and standards
- Mix design and slump variations
- Rounding and measurement tolerances
Always verify calculations with a qualified engineer or contractor before ordering materials. The developer is not responsible for any financial loss or construction errors arising from use of this App.
4. In-App Purchases
The Pro upgrade is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. Once purchased, it grants permanent access to Pro features on all devices signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account. Refunds are governed by Apple App Store or Google Play policies.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within the App are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
7. Changes to Terms

本アプリが提供する計算結果はあくまでも概算です。実際のコンクリート量・袋数・コストは以下の要因により変動します：
- 現場の実際の状況や廃材率

- 配合設計やスランプの違い
- 測定誤差や丸め処理
資材を発注する前に、必ず資格を持つ技術者や施工業者に確認してください。本アプリの使用に起因する損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
3. アプリ内購入
Proアップグレードは買い切り（非消耗型）購入です。一度購入すると、同じApple IDまたはGoogleアカウントでサインインしたすべてのデバイスで永続的にProの機能をご利用いただけます。 返金はApp StoreまたはGoogle Playのポリシーに準じます。
4. 免責・損害賠償の制限
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。開発者は、本アプリの使用に起因する直接的・間接的・偶発的・結果的損害について、一切の責任を負いません。
