ふせんボード（「本アプリ」）をダウンロードまたは使用することで、本利用規約に同意したものとみなします。同意しない場合は、本アプリをご利用にならないでください。
2. 利用条件
- 本アプリは個人利用・商業利用を問わず使用できます。
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング・改変・再配布は禁止します。
- 違法な目的での使用を禁止します。
3. アプリ内購入
Proアップグレードは買い切り（非消耗型）購入です。一度購入すると、同じApple IDでサインインしたすべてのデバイスで永続的にPro機能をご利用いただけます。返金はApp Storeのポリシーに準じます。
4. 免責事項
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。開発者は、本アプリの使用に起因する直接的・間接的・偶発的・結果的損害について、一切の責任を負いません。
本アプリに保存したデータの消失について、開発者は責任を負いかねます。大切なメモは定期的にバックアップを取ることをお勧めします。
5. 知的財産
本アプリのコンテンツ・デザイン・コードはすべて開発者の財産であり、著作権法によって保護されています。
6. 規約の変更
本規約は必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更後も本アプリを継続して使用した場合、変更に同意したものとみなします。

By downloading or using Fusen Board ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
- You may use the App for personal and commercial purposes.
- You must not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.
- You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
3. In-App Purchases
The Pro upgrade is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. Once purchased, it grants permanent access to Pro features on all devices signed in with the same Apple ID. Refunds are governed by Apple App Store policies.
4. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
The developer is not responsible for any loss of data stored in the App. We recommend keeping backups of important notes.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within the App are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
