「おうちレシピ」（以下「本アプリ」）をダウンロード、インストール、 または使用することにより、本利用規約（EULA）に同意したものとみなします。 同意いただけない場合は、本アプリをご利用いただけません。
By downloading, installing, or using "Home Recipe" (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (EULA). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
💳 プレミアムサブスクリプション Premium Subscription
本アプリは以下の自動更新サブスクリプションを提供します：
The App offers the following auto-renewable subscription:

- 購読は、現在の期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り、自動的に更新されます。 Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- 更新料金は更新日の24時間前以内に iTunes アカウントに請求されます。 The renewal charge is applied to your iTunes account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- サブスクリプションは、購入後に「設定」→「Apple ID」→「サブスクリプション」から管理・解約できます。 Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions after purchase.
- 無料トライアル期間中に解約しない場合、トライアル終了時に課金が開始されます。 If a free trial is offered and not cancelled, you will be charged when the trial period ends.
- 現在有効なサブスクリプション期間中は返金されません。 No refunds are provided for the current active subscription period.

無料プランでは、1日3回までAIレシピ生成をご利用いただけます。 無料プランにはGoogle AdMobによる広告が表示されます。
The free plan allows up to 3 AI recipe generations per day. Advertisements served by Google AdMob will be displayed on the free plan.
📱 使用許諾 License
本アプリのライセンスは、Apple メディアサービス利用規約に基づく エンドユーザー使用許諾契約（EULA）の条件に従います。 本アプリは個人的・非商業的な目的でのみ使用できます。
The license to use this App is subject to the End User License Agreement (EULA) under Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. The App may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
🚫 禁止事項 Prohibited Uses
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、改ざん Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the App
- 本アプリを商業目的で再配布・販売すること Redistributing or reselling the App for commercial purposes
- 違法または有害なコンテンツの生成に本アプリを使用すること Using the App to generate illegal or harmful content
- 本アプリの制限（1日3回の上限など）を不正に回避しようとすること Attempting to bypass App restrictions (such as the daily usage limit)

Recipes provided by this App are AI-generated and we do not guarantee their accuracy, safety, or completeness. Always verify food allergies and food safety yourself. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this App.

本規約は必要に応じて更新することがあります。 重要な変更がある場合は、このページにて最新版を公開します。 変更後も本アプリを継続してご利用いただいた場合、 変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
