利用規約
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Keita Ogasawara（以下「開発者」）が提供するアプリ「三角形計算機」（以下「本アプリ」）のご利用条件を定めたものです。本アプリをダウンロード・使用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. ライセンス
開発者は、本規約に従うことを条件として、本アプリを個人的・非商業的目的で使用するための非独占的・譲渡不可のライセンスを付与します。
以下の行為を禁止します：
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング・逆コンパイル・逆アセンブル
- 本アプリの複製・改変・二次的著作物の作成
- 本アプリの商業目的での再販・配布
- 著作権表示・商標・その他の所有権表示の削除
2. アプリ内課金・プレミアム機能
本アプリはプレミアムアップグレード（以下「プレミアム」）を提供しています。
- プレミアムは 買い切り型 の非消耗型購入です（月額課金ではありません）
- 購入により、三角形の保存・履歴閲覧・解法ステップ表示・広告非表示の機能が有効になります
- 価格は $2.00 相当（地域によって異なります）
- 購入はご利用の Apple App Store または Google Play Store を通じて行われます
- 購入の確認後、ストアアカウントに請求されます
- 同一ストアアカウントでサインインしている場合、「購入を復元」機能でプレミアムを再有効化できます
返金ポリシー： 返金はお客様がご利用の App Store または Google Play Store のポリシーに従います。開発者は購入代金の直接返金は行いません。
3. 免責事項
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供され、開発者は以下について一切保証しません：
- 本アプリが中断なく、エラーなく動作すること
- 計算結果の完全な正確性・信頼性
- 本アプリが特定の目的に適合すること
本アプリの計算結果は参考情報としてのみご使用ください。重要な用途（建築・工学・医療等）には専門家の判断を優先してください。
4. 責任の制限
適用法令が許容する最大限の範囲において、開発者は本アプリの使用または使用不能から生じるいかなる損害（データの損失、利益の損失、業務の中断を含むがこれに限らない）についても責任を負いません。
5. 知的財産権
本アプリおよびそのコンテンツ（デザイン・ロゴ・テキスト・コード等）に関する一切の知的財産権は開発者に帰属します。本規約はいかなる知的財産権も譲渡するものではありません。
6. 規約の変更
開発者は本規約をいつでも変更できます。変更後も本アプリをご利用いただいた場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。重要な変更はアプリのアップデート等を通じてお知らせします。
7. 準拠法
本規約は日本国法に準拠し、同法に従って解釈されます。
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the "Triangle Calculator" app ("App") provided by Keita Ogasawara ("Developer"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Resell or redistribute the App for commercial purposes
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
2. In-App Purchases & Premium
The App offers a Premium upgrade with the following terms:
- Premium is a one-time, non-consumable purchase (not a subscription)
- Premium unlocks: save/history, solution steps, and ad-free experience
- Price is approximately $2.00 (may vary by region and store)
- Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Your store account will be charged upon purchase confirmation
- Previous purchases can be restored via the "Restore Purchases" function
Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The Developer does not provide direct refunds.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Developer does not warrant that:
- The App will operate without interruption or error
- Calculation results are completely accurate or reliable
- The App is suitable for any particular purpose
Results from the App are for reference only. Do not rely solely on App results for critical applications (construction, engineering, medical use, etc.).
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App (design, code, text, graphics, etc.) belong to the Developer. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
6. Changes to Terms
The Developer may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through App updates.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
